Master of Science (M.Sc.) Human Resources Management
The Master of Science in Human Resources Management program of Prowess University has been developed on the fundamental assumption that the student is entitled to acquire profound theoretical and practical knowledge to enable him/her face the challenges associated with Human Resource issues in the business arena. The curriculum is designed to give participants a broad knowledge of Human Resources Management. To this end, emphasis is placed upon professional education of the entire individual and in providing them with effective strategies to boost career performances. To obtain the degree (M.Sc.), candidate must complete course work consisting of courses in the areas of Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing and Accounting. Other very notable areas include organizational case studies, seminars and a project report.
In order to qualify for the award of M.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management:
A student shall score a minimum of 50% in at least 36 credit units in course work and the 6 credit units in thesis. The 30 credit unit course work must include all prescribed core courses.
The Masters degree shall be awarded upon the successful oral defense of the thesis and any requirements stipulated by the School of Graduate Studies.
