Introduction
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management programme of Prowess University has been developed on the fundamental assumption that the student is entitled to acquire profound theoretical and practical knowledge to enable him/her face the challenges associated with Human Resource issues in the business arena. The curriculum is designed to give participants a broad knowledge of Human Resources Management. To this end, an emphasis is placed upon professional education of the entire individual and in providing them with effective strategies to boost career performances. To obtain the degree (MBA), a candidate must complete course work consisting of courses in the areas of Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing and Accounting.
